How to Order
This SGX Stationery portal contains a catalogue of approved stationery and is catered for purchases below $5,000.
Here are the steps to order :
1) Proceed to the ‘Products’ page to browse the catalogue of items.
2) Upon selection of item for purchase, fill in details of the shopping cart accordingly, including your cost centre code and ensure necessary approvals have been obtained.
3) Deliveries will be made fortnightly.
- Eg. orders received by 15th of each month will be delivered by the 30th. Orders received after the 15th, will be delivered by the middle of the following month.
4) Items will be delivered to the SGX mailroom.
5) A summary of orders will be generated fortnightly based on each cost centre and send to your respective approving officer for attention. Facilities Management will then charge the cost to each cost centre respectively.
